Membership Overview

Tournament Categories

Students in grades 2-6 compete in 5 categories:

• Declamation
• Interpretation of Poetry
• Interpretation of Prose
• Dramatic Interpretation
• Demonstrated / Illustrated Talk

In addition to the above, students in grades 6 will also be able to compete in:

• Extemporaneous Speech
• Original Oratory

NOTE: For the  spring 2010 oratory session we are only enrolling students in grades 2-6 for membership. Enrollment for additional grades will take place in the near future.
